"The food was fine, nothing amazing but not..."
The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The main issue was the queue situation. Nobody seemed to know where to stand, orders were taking forever, and the staff looked busy but no one was really managing the line. Not saying it’s a scam, but when you’re standing around that long with no clear system, it definitely starts to feel frustrating. Overall, it was way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Okay vegetarian options, but limited"
They had a few vegetarian options and the food tasted fine, just nothing that really stood out. I had messaged ahead asking about choices, but when I got there it felt like nobody had read it. Would be nice if they added a few more vegetarian dishes

"Decent Pasta, But a Little Bland"
The pasta tasted fine overall, but it was kind of bland for my liking. I feel like that’s avoidable with a bit more seasoning or a better sauce. Not bad, just not something I’d be excited to order again

"I’ve been here a few times now, and..."
I’ve been here a few times now, and the veggies and herbs always taste really fresh. The pasta doesn’t feel heavy or like it’s been sitting around, which I appreciate. i’m kind of tired of places making a whole production out of service, so it’s nice that this spot just keeps things simple. Good ingredients, properly prepped, and the food comes out tasting clean and fresh.

"Good Food, But a Bit Too Much Hassle"
I like Vapiano well enough, and part of me was excited to grab something quick after work. But then getting there kind of killed the mood. The location I went to wasn’t very convenient for me at all, it was a bit of a walk from the station, and parking took forever, which was frustrating when I was already tired. The food itself was fine, nothing bad, but by the time I sat down I was more annoyed than hungry. I’d probably go again if I happened to be nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

"Solid Quick Pasta Spot"
I stopped in for pasta and it hit the spot. The noodles were cooked just right, like not mushy at all, which I always notice, and the sauce actually tasted fresh instead of that heavy, reheated kind of thing. I got the carbonara and it was simple, nothing over the top, but really good in that comforting way. Portion was fair too, not huge but enough. Yeah, I’d definitely go back when I’m in the mood for quick pasta.

"Pretty good value, right?"
I went to Vapiano last weekend i thought it was good value. The pasta portion was a decent size and actually tasted fresh, which is always a win, isn’t it? It’s not like those places where you pay loads and still leave hungry. Prices felt fair for what you get, especially if you’re just after a casual meal without spending too much. The staff were nice too, nothing over the top, but everything was fine. I’d definitely go again.

"Pretty disappointing response"
I get that food issues can happen, that’s not really the part that bothered me most. But the way vapiano dealt with my complaint was poor. It took ages to hear back, and when they finally replied, I’m not even sure they’d properly read what I wrote. It kind of felt like a copy-paste response with no real help or effort to sort things out. Maybe I expected too much, but it definitely left me disappointed with the customer service.

"Decent food, weird wait"
The food was fine overall, nothing really to complain about there. Getting a table was kind of annoying though. We ended up waiting around longer than I expected, especially since it didn’t even look that busy in there. Not sure what was going on with that, but it made the whole thing a little less enjoyable.

"Pretty Clean Lunch Spot"
Stopped in for lunch and tbh the place was mostly really clean. Tables were wiped down quick and the floor wasn’t messy, which I def appreciated. The toilets were okay too, not perfect, but totally fine. I only noticed a few crumbs around the sauce area. Overall, it was a good clean spot imo, they just might wanna keep an eye on the busy corners a bit more.

"Damn good pizza"
This pizza was really good. Thin crust, nice cheese, and it actually showed up hot instead of that soggy nonsense some places try to pass off as food. Toppings tasted fresh too, not like some sad leftover crap. I’d definitely order again.

"Food was fine, delivery was way too slow"
The food was alright once it finally got here, but man, the delivery took forever. I waited almost an hour past the estimated time and didn’t really get any updates either. Kinda frustrating, especially when you’re already hungry.
